Feasibility, Design, and Construction of a Premier Commercial Plaza in DHA Phase-II

Keystone Construction & Builders (SMC-Pvt) Ltd. undertook the feasibility, design, and construction of a high-end commercial plaza in DHA Phase-II, Islamabad, an upscale housing scheme in the capital city of Pakistan.

The project featured a mixed land-use development, consisting of five floors. The lower ground, ground, and first floors were dedicated to office units, while the second and third floors were designed as residential apartments. Keystone managed the project as a turnkey solution, ensuring comprehensive oversight from inception through to completion.

Upon finalizing the project, Keystone delivered the facility to the client following formal completion approval from DHA. The plaza spans an approximate covered area of 5,400 square feet and holds a market value of Pak Rupees 75 million.
